  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, and label it with the RAN provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the conditions above. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or replacement.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customer-paid returns: In most cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

Free Returns: If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your product is eligible for a refund, we will process it promptly.

Eligibility for Refund:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories.

Partial Refunds:

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount if the return is made for reasons other than a defect or our error.

3. Defective or Damaged Items
